Mr. R.K. Srivastava
Mr R. K. Srivastava was widely regarded as one of India’s leading pump engineers and made significant contributions to the Indian pump and fluid engineering industry. A Post graduate in Fluid Power from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, after serving in Worthington Pump India Limited, Kolkata, Joined Kirloskar Brothers Limited in the late 1980s as General Manager, promoted to Vice President in 1994 and became Whole-Time Director in 2005. He completed his tenure on 31 May 2012 after about 23 years of association with KBL. He led major projects, including engineering work for the Sardar Sarovar Narmada Project, one of the world's largest pumping and irrigation schemes. He led introduction of several advanced pumping technologies at KIrloskar Brothers Lts including. Canned Motor Pumps for critical industrial and nuclear applications. Sodium pumps used in specialized high temperature applications. Concrete Volute Pumps for large irrigation and water infrastructure projects. He received several prestigious honors, including: UNESCO–Water Digest Lifetime Achievement Award Enertia Power Persona of the Year Award (2011) Golden Peacock Award CII National Award for Excellence in Energy Management.

Mr Jay Bhadbhade is an Engineering graduate from the reputed Government College of Engineering Pune, with post –graduate qualifications in Marketing Management. He started his professional career in a reputed foundry and acquired the required insight into the foundry. He joined Kishor pumps, a leading special purpose pump manufacturer in Pune in 1977 and was actively involved and associated with the growth of the company till 2002. Mr.Bhadbhade’s most significant marketing achievement so far has been the introduction and establishment of this latest concept of this submersible sewage pumps in India. Besides dry motor submersible sewage pumps he also successfully handled other special purpose products like vertical/horizontal special purpose chemical/environmental pumps, mercury pumps,rubber line pumps, Ni-hard pumps,mixers,digesters,aerators etc. Mr.Bhadbhade is also acknowledged to be good at public speaking and in giving technical/general presentation. He has received several best presentation awards in pump seminars/workshops. He was a National scholar during his academic career. He was a good sportsman at the university level in Cricket, Chess, Softball and Athletics. After leaving Kishor, he joined Aqua, a small player in the Field of Submersible Pumps. In 2012 he joined as a Director, Xylem (XYL), a leading global water technology provider, Launched in 2011 from the spinoff of the water-related businesses of ITT Corporation. After a brief stint in Xylem , he again joined Aqua Machineries P Ltd as a joint managing director.

Mr.A.S.Joshi is a Mechanical Engineer . He started his career with Kirloskar Brothers Ltd. (KBL) India as a Design Engineer for designing of chemical process and multistage pumps. In the year 1988, KBL floated a joint venture company – KEPL ( Kirloskar Ebara Pumps Limited) in India with technical association with Ebara Corporation, Japan. He was initially trained in Ebara Japan. . He is in the field of Design & Application Engineering for last 40 years and has rich experience in design, application and trouble shooting of API process and boiler feed pumps. Presently he is working as Technical Consultant in KEPL Company. He has visited many countries for technical discussions and interactions with esteemed consultants and users of API process pumps.
