Pump Academy of India wins pumping station optimization project

India’s Pump Academy Private Limited, a provider of pumping station monitoring and management solutions and services, has secured a project from the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) for the optimization of pumping station monitoring and management.
The project, valued Rs 80 million (US$1 million), is designed to enhance the efficiency and reliability of BWSSB’s water supply network in Bengaluru.   Read More …….

Curtiss-Wright to provide pumps for US naval defense

Curtiss-Wright Corp has been awarded contracts valued at more than US$130 million to provide propulsion valves, pumps and advanced instrumentation and control systems for the US Navy’s Virginia-class nuclear powered attack submarine, Columbia-class submarine and Ford-class aircraft carrier programs.  Read More …….

Celeros Flow Technology (Celeros FT) is supplying two high pressure injection packages to ADNOC for carbon capture and storage (CCS) at its Habshan gas plant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

NPCC Awards Amarinth Major Order For Api 610 Pumps

Amarinth, has once again secured an order from NPCC for API 610 OH2 pumps destined for ADNOC’s Lower Zakum facility in the UAE. When ADNOC sought new closed drain pumps for the Main Gas Pipeline project, a component of its Lower Zakum Long-Term Development Plan (LTDP-1) to enhance field production, National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC), ADNOC’s procurement contractor in Abu Dhabi, turned to Amarinth for its extensive knowledge of ADNOC specifications.   Read More …….

Sulzer to supply  molten salt pumps for 100 MW solar project in China

A major concentrated solar power (CSP) tower project in China has selected Sulzer to supply both the hot and the cold molten salts pumps for the installation. For the 100 MW molten salt solar storage system, Sulzer will supply a mix of 18-meter-long hot and cold molten salt pumps.   Read More …….

Selwood selects Caterpillar as supplier of engines for pumps

The UK’s Selwood has entered into a new preferred supplier partnership with Finning Cat which will see greener, more cost-efficient and easier to maintain engines used across its pump range.
Pumps manufactured at Selwood headquarters in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire, for international sale and use across its UK-wide rental fleet, will now be fitted with Cat engines, including its C1.7 and C2.2 models in Selwood’s popular 4” and 6” pumps.  Read More …….

Amarinth secures pump order for FPSO Agogo off Angola

A Norwegian company specialising in energy recovery and water treatment solutions for the offshore oil and gas sector has placed a pump order with Amarinth for the FPSO Agogo, currently under construction by Yinson Production in Malaysia and destined for offshore Angola.

Sulzer collaborates with TechnipFMC on CO2 pumps 

Sulzer Flow Equipment is working with TechnipFMC and Petrobras on the development of new subsea CO2 pump solutions for new technologies.
Petrobras’ HISEP high-pressure separation technology enables the separation of CO2-rich natural gas from oil at the seabed. The process has the potential to provide significant gains in energy efficiency and productivity to floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessels while reducing costs and emissions.    Read More …….

Prior Power  secures £1mn nitrogen pump contract  

The UK’s Prior Power Solutions has won a £1 million contract in the Americas to deploy its nitrogen pump technology across multiple oil and gas platforms in the Gulf of Mexico.
This is Prior Power Solutions’ first export contract for its newly launched nitrogen 90k pump rental product.
