Landia supplies Pumps for WWTP in China

Denmark’s Landia has delivered 17 pumps for a new water & wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Shandong province in the north east of China. The pumps, which were transported by train from Germany to China, include Landia’s axial propeller pumps (AXP) to provide recirculation of activated sludge. The AXP model can also pump large amounts of water at low back pressure. Read More …….

Ebara to deliver pumps for Thai drainage project

Ebara (Thailand) Ltd (ETL) is providing four pumps for the Klong Prem Prachakorn Drainage Project in Thailand. The lower Chao Phraya River basin, including Bangkok, experiences chronic flooding during the rainy season. Bangkok has developed a flood control channel as part of its flood control program. Ebara has delivered large-scale pumping equipment for more than 1,000 drainage pump stations in Japan.

Ingersoll Rand to acquire Spain’s Pedro Gil

Ingersoll Rand Inc has entered into an agreement to acquire Pedro Gil Construcciones Mecánicas S, a Spanish manufacturer of positive displacement blowers, pumps and vacuum systems. Barcelona-headquartered Pedro Gil, which has annual revenue of approximately US$15 million, expands Ingersoll Rand’s presence in Spain and adds an established brand to its portfolio.
The acquisition is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2022. On completion, Pedro Gil will join Ingersoll Rand’s Industrial Technologies and Services segment.

Flowserve To Support Aramco’s Development

Flowserve Corporation will support the construction of Aramco’s Jafurah project, one of the largest commercial unconventional gas fields being developed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Landia delivers 25th chopper pump to UK snack manufacturer

Landia has just supplied its 25th pump to a London, UK-based snack-food manufacturer, in a partnership that is now celebrating its 20th anniversary.
The food manufacturer began using Landia long-shaft chopper pumps two decades ago to transfer effluent from below-ground pits to its wastewater treatment plant. Read More …….
