DXP Enterprises Inc has completed the acquisition of Moores Pump & Services Inc, a Louisiana-based provider of products and services including fabrication and repairs of rotating equipment and pumping systems.
Founded in 1972, Moores is headquartered and operates in Broussard, Louisiana, and services the Gulf Coast region of the US.
Moores had sales of approximately US$10.3 million and adjusted EBITDA of US$1.8 million for the twelve months ending 30 May 2025.
