Mr. Harish C Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director, Roto Pum S Limited, has been the principal driving force behind the exponential growth Of Roto Pumps over the last few decades. Under his leadership, Roto products gained universal acceptability. He accelerated the efforts to improve the product manufacturing process that helped in achieving conformity with global quality standards. Mr. Gupta has contributed significantly to the development of Roto’s product portfolio and promoting its products to various industry segments other than mining where in earlyyears, Mining was the main industry. He has played an instrumental role in expanding overseas business and setting up of overseas establishments in 6 countries i.e. UK, Australia, SouthAfrica, NorthAmerica Germany & Malaysia. Spearheading the company’s expansion across five continents, he has been instrumental in making it a globalbrand.
As the Indian and global economy transformed over the years, Mr. Gupta has focused on advanced ways of understanding the international quality benchmarks to serve the ever-changing and emerging segments of the economies.
Mr. Gupta has served as an Executive council member of Indian Pumps manufacturers association (IPMA) and also been a member of the Joint Business Committee ofFICCI.
