Ingersoll Rand Inc has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Tuthill Corp’s Pump Group in an US$84.6 million deal.

FLSmidth bags DKK350mn gold processing equipment order
FLSmidth has secured a DKK350 million order to supply key mineral processing equipment, including pumps, for a new concentrator at a Polyus gold mine. Polyus is a Russian gold mining company and FLSmidth Moscow will provide site services as part of the agreement.
The FLSmidth order, which covers the entire process flowsheet, features a ball mill, flotation technology, thickening, gravity gold concentrators, CIL (carbon-in-leach) circuit, acid wash and detox, screens, pumps and cyclones. A digital automation package is also included.
Equipment delivery is expected to be completed in 2023
EKKI backs Indian agtech startup

Neles acquires Flowrox’s valve and pump businesses
Finlamnd’s Neles Corp has completed its acquisition of Flowrox’s valve and pump businesses. The acquisition includes customer agreements and the Flowrox trademark, which will be transferred to Neles.
Flowrox’s dewatering, industrial automation and environmental technologies, including filtration, continue under the Roxia name and brand.
Roxia is a family-owned global company headquartered in Finland, with subsidiaries in Australia, Chile, China, Finland, Germany, Peru, Russia, South Africa, Sweden, and the United States.
