Ingersoll Rand buys Dosatron International

Ingersoll Rand Inc has acquired Dosatron International for an all-cash upfront purchase price of approximately US$90 million, with additional future consideration of up to US$15 million.
Based in Clearwater, Florida, USA, Dosatron International provides non-electric, water powered dosing pumps and systems in North America, including Ingersoll Rand owned Dosatron technology, for the hydroponics, horticulture, animal health, food safety and sanitation, and water treatment markets.  Read More …….    

Ebara acquires Hayward Gordon

Japan’s Ebara Corporation has acquired 100% equity in Hayward Gordon LP, the Canada-headquartered international supplier of industrial pumps and mixers.
With the acquisition, Ebara will be able to expand its product range and sales channels mainly for public sewage, industrial equipment and the process industry.    Read More …….

Grundfos expands production in Serbia

Grundfos has inaugurated a new state-of-the-art production plant in Indjija, Serbia.
The extension adds an additional 17,000 sq m to Grundfos’s facilities in Serbia. The expanded plant will serve the global market, primarily with circulator pumps, domestic wastewater pumps, domestic pressure boosters and Integrated Water Circuits (IWCs).  Read More …….

Andritz to supply reversible pumps for Indian  project

Andritz has secured an order from Indian renewable energy company Greenko for the electromechanical works at the 1,440 MW Gandhi Sagar pumped storage project in Madhya Pradesh, India. The project involves using the existing Gandhi Sagar reservoir as a lower reservoir and the construction of an upper reservoir.
The Andritz contract includes the design, manufacture, supply, testing and commissioning of seven reversible pump units (five 240 MW units, two 120 MW units), main inlet valves, and associated auxiliaries.
The work will be undertaken by Andritz’s multiple locations led by its Indian subsidiary.  

Holland Pump  acquires companies in US

Holland Pump Company, the US pump rental and dewatering solutions provider, has acquired Sander Power Equipment based in Trevose, Pennsylvania and Pump & Power Equipment Corp of Jessup, Maryland.    Read More …….

Amarinth wins US$500 000 pump order in Kazakhstan

The Karachaganak field is the biggest gas condensate field in Kazakhstan and is owned and operated by Karachaganak Petroleum Operating (KPO).   KPO approached Industrial Systems Group (ISG), an Amarinth agent and supplier of equipment for the oil & gas and associated industries in the Caspian region, following previous orders placed though ISG that were successfully fulfilled by Amarinth.    Read More …….

Intec Pumper, which has annual sales of NOK200 million, offers complete solutions for pumping water and wastewater, as well as customer-unique solutions for the prefabrication of pumping stations. Ingersoll Rand to acquire Spain’s Pedro Gil

Ingersoll Rand Inc has entered into an agreement to acquire Pedro Gil Construcciones Mecánicas S, a Spanish manufacturer of positive displacement blowers, pumps and vacuum systems.  Barcelona-headquartered Pedro Gil, which has annual revenue of approximately US$15 million, expands Ingersoll Rand’s presence in Spain and adds an established brand to its portfolio.
The acquisition is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2022. On completion, Pedro Gil will join Ingersoll Rand’s Industrial Technologies and Services segment.

Svanehøj develops fuel pump for LNG-powered ships

Svanehøj is targeting the growing gas market with the launch of a completely new pump design for LNG-powered ships.The CS (cryogenic submerged) pump is a submerged pump that is installed at the bottom of the tank.
The CS pump is being launched at a time when investments in LNG-powered ships are growing strongly. At the same time, the LNG market continues to grow, driven by a sharply increasing demand for gas in Asia and Europe.  Read More …….

Another FPSO pump order for Sulzer

Sulzer has received an order for five more HPcp water injection pumps to support the largest floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel in Guyana’s Stabroek block.
The Swiss engineering group has already delivered 11 high pressure water injection pumps for the FPSO arena.  Read More …….
