Torishima Service Solutions Europe Ltd (TSSE) has acquired KRG Specialist Engineering Services, a precision engineering company located in Coatbridge, Scotland.
KRG will provide TSSE and its parent company Torishima Pump Mfg Co Ltd of Japan with additional machining capabilities and engineering resources. Both TSSE and KRG have complementary engineering expertise and can therefore jointly provide their customer base with a broader range of services.
Founded in 1978 as a family-owned business, KRG provides specialised sub-contract machining for a number of industries including oil & gas, defence, and power generation.
